1) Block port
 tcp port 6891-6900 – file send
 tcp & udp port 1863
 tcp & udp 6901 – voice
 udp 5190

2) block url
 gateway.messenger
 gateway.dll
 messenger.msn
 rad.msn.com
 msgr.dlservice.microsoft.com

3) block ip address of user login to server
 207.46.96.0 / 255.255.240.0
 64.4.13.160/255.255.255.224
