How to synchronize Outlook in two different computers?

1)      Configure both pop accounts with “leave a copy for 14-30 days”

2)      Set different outlook signature on  two machines

3)      Set rules on both machines

• For all outgoing email, send a email to your email account
• For all incoming email from your email account and with certain unique keywords (in signature) from machine#1 in the body, will be forward to sent item folder
• For all incoming email from your email account and with certain unique keywords (in signature) from machine#2 (own machine) in the body, will be deleted
